membership

We are a non-profit organization founded to promote the craft of knitting. We hold monthly programs and occasional workshops, support local fiber organizations and events, participate in charity knitting and provide a means for knitters to network.

  • Programs are free for members and $10 for guests
  • Arrive at 6PM for sit and knit; meetings start at 7PM  in the lower level of the Mt. Pleasant Library. (Temporary location change)
  • Programs include show and tell by members followed by a scheduled event such as presentations by guest lecturers in the field of knitting and other fiber subjects 
  • Workshops may be offered for an additional fee outside the program night
  • Time and dates may change; further details and additional announcements are provided in the monthly newsletter and social media
