Melissa’s workshop, The Shawl Builder, allows you to design your own shawl and begin knitting it. You’ll pick your silhouette (the number of wedges), a stitch pattern or two (or more) to use,
the background texture, a side edging, the type of cast on, a final border and a bind off using Melissa’s detailed handout and a multitude of choices.

She’ll bring many shawls with her to try on and examine so you can get exactly the shawl that you want. Come and join us and create your own, one of a kind shawl.

There will be a sign-up sheet at the January and February meetings and the cost will be $50 for guild members. There are 20 places in the workshop and you reserve a spot only by paying.
We will open up registration to non-guild members (at a cost of $60) after the February meeting.
