Laura Nelkin will introduce us to her “Novus” construction, a new way of looking at sweater architecture.
The Novus construction is her seamless, yet structured, modern approach to the side-to-side sweater. Laura will walk you through how this construction works, both in a cardigan and pullover, and how you can fit it to your unique body shape. We’ll discuss construction, yarn choice, gauge, stitch options, modifications, and more. By the end of the lecture you’ll be ready to independently knit your own sweater from the collection.

Laura will be providing members with a coupon code to purchase a sweater pattern on line at a discount and will have kits for sale at the meeting. Kits will range in price from $18 - $70 and cash, check and charge will be accepted.
